1 Thessalonians 5:15 (NIV)
15 Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong, but always strive to do what is good for each other and for everyone else.
I can imagine this being Jerry Seinfeld’s reaction to the scripture above. Even after someone twists my words. Answering my 15-year old son’s teenage attitude. I can’t send a sarcastic, biting text to my wife when I feel wronged.
Always is setting the bar high; I am thankful for grace. I am grateful for a God I can talk to and ask for help to live this out.
