NCD Criteria

THQ recommends your corps meets the following criteria to use NCD:

1. —At least 15 people who are sixteen and up, have been part of the congregation at least one year, attend worship and a small group (NCD describes a small group as any group that meets in your corps that has between 3 and seventeen members)
2. A coach that has been through the NCD Basics or Essential Class or a Coaching class and has also studied to understand NCD
3. A corps that has not had a rupture in its relationships through a moral failing or church disagreement in the last year
4. —A corps that has unity in the corps council to work on NCD.
